Delete your account

Open Nowby → Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile and personal data. You can do this yourself, anytime, without contacting us.

Manage your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by the app store. Manage or cancel in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings under Subscriptions.

Block or report someone

Open the person's profile → Block or Report. Blocking is instant. Reports are reviewed by our team.

Trouble signing in

Nowby signs you in with a code sent to your email. Check spam, make sure the address is right, and request a fresh code. Still stuck? Email us.

Common questions

Can other people see exactly where I am?

No. Nowby only shows your neighborhood-level zone to others. Your precise location stays on your device. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Is Nowby a dating app?

No. Nowby is for platonic, in-person meetups with people nearby. Romantic or sexual solicitation isn't allowed — see our Terms.

How old do I have to be?

Nowby is for adults 18 and older only.

How do I stay safe meeting people?

Meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, trust your gut, and leave if something feels off. Use Block and Report freely — that's what they're for.
